Make sure annotation is consistent.
You could look at Dan Mountford and Jasper James to support your new strand of development but I don't feel that you should give up on the patterns yet. It would be good to have other ages and genders of models particualarly if you are going to mix them. Avoid reintroducing Riley's colours- stick to the patern. You could also create a lenticular.....!

Action Plan for completion of project
- make a decision between landscape and portrait- articulate this on your weebly
- develop portrait further:
- in the studio so that the lighting is flat.
- Try:
- members of the same family
- a left sided person meets their right sided self
- Consider pulling hair back and/or removing clothing form choulders.
Year 11 Photography Mock Exam
Group 1- 25th November
Group 2- 26th November
Plan your time. Where are the gaps in your project so far? (sets of observations, relevant connections to photographers…?) Write beneath each date below what you need to have done by that point.
10th-14th Nov
Contact sheet, edit and annotate most recent set of observations. Make sure gaps highlighted in the recent interim assessment are filled.
Use both strike days (if they go ahead) to work in the department and take photos.
Weekend (15th and 16th Nov)
Take another set of observations based on feedback in the week.
17th – 21st Nov
Contact sheet, edit and annotate most recent set of observations. Consider the final piece: what scale, how will it be presented, how much preparation does there need to be before hand? Have a go at what you think you will be doing in the exam. How could you improve it?
Weekend (22nd and 23rd Nov)
Take more images if required.

Still waiting on sets of observations. I really like the symmetry- I don't always see the repetition. I like how subtle it is. However...more images asap.

3 strands: T-
3 good ideas however, it's a shame you didn't deviate from some of the class tasks. Have another look at your brainstorm. Gursky might be a good tangent fpr the architectural symmetry. To achieve your target your ideas must be more ambitious. Start on this ideas asap so we can move beyond the obvious.

School & Dept target: A
I really like the third edit you have done but there haven't been any new sets for a couple of weeks now. Experiment with different types of location, put a figure in like Mosse. Experiment with small details as well as landscapes. Can you do this with man made structures?

Very brief and not always researched in adequate depth.
Very brief and not always researched in adequate depth.
Next set: Photograph people 'looking'. Eg. Looking at the skate boarders on the south bank, looking at art work in the Tate or out of the windows at the Tate of the views of London.
Saskia has chosen very appropriate places for herself to take the pictures she did. She has used good use of focus and depth of field in her pictures. This is very good as she wanted to achieve these types of pictures. As well as those she has used excellent contrast and exposure within certain pictures which have been captured. She has done very well and tried very hard to reach her own brief. Uber rad effort Saskia -Sam
Street Photography:
